Overview

Cal.com

Manage your Cal.com account from Raycast — share meeting links, generate private one-time links, view and act on bookings (accept / decline / cancel / request reschedule), manage availability schedules, and schedule out-of-office entries.

NOTE: This extension only supports the cloud version of Cal.com, not the self-hosted version.

To obtain an API key, login to your Cal.com account, click Settings > Developer and add an API key.

You'll also need your username to configure the extension. In Settings > Profile, it's the first field. This is also your custom slug that prefixes all of your meeting links.

AI Tools + EU server support - May 17, 2026

AI tools. Adds 33 AI Extension tools so Raycast AI can read and manage your Cal.com account via @cal — full parity with Cal.com's MCP server surface (event types, bookings, schedules, availability, busy times, conferencing apps, routing forms, organizations). Destructive actions (create/update/delete/cancel/reschedule/etc.) require confirmation.
EU server support. Adds a "Server Region" preference (Global default, Europe option) so Cal.eu accounts can use the extension. Fixes #27697. All API and link URLs (api/app/public) now route via the selected region.
Bumps @raycast/api to ^1.104.17 and @raycast/utils to ^2.2.4. Removes unused dayjs dependency.

Fix + improve View Bookings - April 14, 2026

Fix a bug where View Bookings only showed the first 100 bookings (hiding all recent + upcoming bookings for users with longer histories)
Group bookings into Pending Confirmation, Upcoming, Past, and Cancelled sections
Pending Confirmation appears at the top so bookings awaiting your response don't get missed
Past bookings now lazy-load on scroll (50 per page)
Cancelled bookings hidden by default; toggle with ⌘ H

Adds a new "Out of Office" command
Lists current and upcoming OOO entries with reason-tinted icons and date ranges

Replace booking status update with separate confirm/decline endpoints (removes "Pending" option which is no longer supported)
Update cancel booking from DELETE to POST with request body
Use v2 field names (meetingUrl, location, lengthInMinutes, recurrence, etc.)
